I am an EMDR Therapist and Consultant specializing in helping adults in AZ, CA, CO, MN and FL to find ways to live with ADHD, anxiety or trauma stemming from parenting, family of origin and work burnout/stress.

I bring insight and understanding to these challenges because of own healing journey. I have also worked for more than a decade as a mental health professional.

The way I do therapy might be different than what you have experienced before. EMDR is a holistic/somatic therapy that supports the integration of mind and body, focuses less on verbal processing and emphasizes how trauma is stored in the body.

I also work to incorporate "parts work" and use an IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed lens.  IFS is like becoming friends with the various versions of yourself. It's about understanding your own cast of characters and helping them get along.  Here is a funny intro to what "parts" might look like.
