Clinical Supervision
What do I offer?
I offer clinical supervision for those who are in process of obtaining either an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LAC (Licensed Addiction Counselor). I have been practicing in the state of Colorado since 2013.
I provide weekly 1-hour individual supervision sessions for LCSW/LPC candidates or monthly 2-hour supervision sessions for LAC.

Experience
I specialize in working with clinicians who work with adult clients experiencing concerns related to toxic work stress, chronic health conditions (such as Diabetes), substance use disorder(s), or history of trauma.
Most of my clinical experience has been in community mental health, primary care (integrated care) and private practice. My focus is on working with adult individuals while using a trauma informed framework and Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens.
Training
I am an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS). This means I have completed more than 4,000 post-graduate hours of direct service with clients, 50 hours of professional continuing education in the specialty of clinical supervision (2019-2021). I also receive monthly professional supervision to ensure that my supervisory practice remains grounded in ethics and excellence.
Supervision is a powerful tool to build confidence, strength and the ability to ethically provide care for our clients. Supervision also serves as an important space in which to consistently examine how power, privilege and oppression shape our role within this field and how we can uphold our code of ethics.
